Faritsu’s Inspirations – Introducing Our Small Wood Project Garments
The concept of nature and fabric harmonised drove our desire to plant the scent of the forest woods to cotton cloth.
Eco-friendly reclaimed American walnut and oak woods were used with premium quality loopback cotton jersey to create this enchanting range.
All wooden appliques were painstakingly hand-crafted and oiled for durability and weatherisation. We were particularly inspired by plants such as the monstera and clover, and the positive transformative symbolism of the butterfly.
The bold and beautiful wood appliques contrasting against colourful cloth made the final garments echo verdant landscapes and exciting woodlands.
